Cancellation Policy

Children under 14 must be always accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. The shop is suitable for guests ages 5 and older. Finished pieces are typically ready for pickup approximately 2 weeks after your session. Please note that we do not send notifications when items are ready. Pieces may be held for up to 60 days; unclaimed pieces may be donated or recycled thereafter. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind creation; we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a piece has been glazed and/or fired. Should The Lily Pad be responsible for damage or loss, the guest may choose a complimentary workshop, glaze your own pottery session of equal value (redeemable within 3 months) or a full refund. If you are running late for your reservation, please call us at (959) 260-1386. Reservations not claimed within 15 minutes without notice will be cancelled without a refund. All bookings (workshops, classes, large group -8 and more- table reservations and parties) are fully refundable with at least 24 hours' notice to thelilypadct@gmail.com. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Parties require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposit and other party details are outlined in the party flyer sent to guests. The deposit is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours. Large group -8 or more guests- table reservations require an $80 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable for no-shows, cancellations within 24 hours, or if the total transaction on the day of the visit is less than $80. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be notified promptly and sessions rescheduled at no additional charge. We do not serve beverages, but guests are welcome to bring their own in lidded containers. Alcoholic beverages are permitted subject to a corkage fee of $20 per container; valid photo ID is required. The Lily Pad is a family-friendly studio. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion. For private parties, guests may bring finger foods and light snacks, to be enjoyed in the designated party area only. For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in the studio. Service animals are welcome. The Lily Pad is not responsible for personal belongings left in the studio. Lost-and-found items will be held for 30 days and donated thereafter.
